Old Ephrain's Grave

We wanted to take a long 4 wheeler trip with the girls so we took the 4 wheelers to Meadowville and then drove the trail to Old Ephraim's Grave.

Old Ephraim was an infamous grizzly bear a hearty appetite for sheep, cattle, and big game. The 10 feet 1,100-pound beast was the last grizzly bear known to roam Utah.

The day was overcast and it rained a little but all in all we enjoyed the 16 mile ride to the grave marker. We ate some lunch and headed the 16 miles back. The girls are such troopers, especially Kylie who held a sleeping Mallory the whole way back!

"Old Ephraim, Old Ephraim, Your deeds were so wrong yet we build you this marker and sing you this song. To the king of the forest so mighty and tall, we salute you, old Ephraim the king of them all
