Red Ribbon Week
We had a lot of fun with Red Ribbon Week at school.

We've had a very busy October packed with fun!
We snuck in a quick trip to the pumpkin patch. In and out in 15minutes before the rain came and lucky for us there were plenty of pumpkins to choose from!
Our three girls fit perfectly in the pumpkin wagon!
While we were picking Tessa took her pumpkin back to wagon and climbed in! We are such good parents that we snapped this picture before helping her up!
Proof that she recovered. :)
All smiles at the end!
We wanted to avoid the mess of carving them and the girls loved choosing eyes, ears, noses, and mouths to go on each pumpkin!

The Fishiest Place on Earth!
While we were in California we decided we better hit Sea World too!
It was a little rainy but we still enjoyed "sea-ing" all the ocean life!
We were able to go to all the shows.
we saw SHAMU!
A funny Sea Lion show with a Halloween Theme! They recreated moments from scary movies...
and even danced to "Thriller" at the end (Michael would've been proud)!
There was a cute Dog Show with dogs, cats, pigs, and birds!
And finally, the dolphin show was amazing!!
After all that "watching" we were ready to ride...
and play!

The Happiest Place on Earth!
We were so excited to be able to go to Disney Land over UEA. It was our first time there and we had a lot of fun.
We got to the park just as it opened. With no lines we decided to hit some of the bigger rides like Buzz Light Year, the Finding Nemo Submarines, and of course...It's a Small World!
Then over to Toon Town to Play!
We must have timed it just right because we got to see...
PLUTO
GOOFY
and MINNEY!!
We headed over to Adventureland and our luck continued because...
ALADDIN and JASMIN were there!
We rode Pirates of the Carribean, Indiana Jones, and while dad and Kylie rode Splash Mountain...
Tessa and I waited in line to see...
WINNIE the POOH
and TIGGER too!
We rode alot of rides that first day before heading back to the hotel for swimming, naps, and dinner. We came back after dinner and explored the rides at California Adventure!
We ended the day with the Color of Wonder light and water show!
Day two we got up early again to get to Disney Land as it opened. We had a few rides we didn't get to the day before that we really wanted to ride, like...
The Carousel
the Teacups,
and the Tikki Room
Another long day at the park enjoying too may rides to count! Again we went back to the hotel swam, napped, and had dinner before hitting the rides again.
Our third and final day was our magic morning! Magic indeed...we got up at 5:30 so we could dress and have breakfast before catching the 6:30 shuttle so we could get there when the gates opened at 7:00.

And we finally got our picture taken with Mickey!!
We loved being at Disney Land around Halloween time,
riding the rides
and meeting some new friends!
We had a great time and can't wait to do it again!
