Fieldtrip Fun!

I was so excited to be able to go on a fieldtrip with Kylie's 1st Grade Class to Red Butte Gardens. It has been a crazy April so there was still snow on the ground but we still got to see the daffodils and other plants and the sun was out!

The guide gave the kids some sage leaves to taste...

Kylie was not a fan!

They dissected seeds and flowers,


saw some of the animal habitats


and generally had a gun time!But I think the part she liked best was taking pictures of her friends on the bus ride home!
